As the light slices through the buildings creating triangles of warmth against the cold concrete it is clear, downtown Tulsa is not Chicago or New York. There aren’t throngs of people brushing shoulders and rubbing elbows. There is no evident constant pulse of humanity. Only trickles and drifts. A shadow here a shuffle there.
